本ウェブサイトおよびオンラインストア（以下「本サイト」といいます。）は、株式会社寶蓮（POLIN CO., LTD.、以下「当社」といいます。）が運営しています。

本サイトを閲覧、利用または本サイトを通じて商品を購入することにより、お客様は本利用規約、ならびに本サイトに掲載される返品・返金・交換ポリシー、配送ポリシー、プライバシーポリシー、その他当社が定める各種ポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

本利用規約に同意いただけない場合は、本サイトおよび当社が提供するサービスをご利用いただけません。

当社のオンラインストアはShopify Inc.が提供するEコマースプラットフォームを利用しています。

第1条　適用

本利用規約は、本サイトを利用するすべてのお客様に適用されます。

第3条　商品の注文および売買契約の成立

お客様による注文手続きの完了は、当社に対する商品の購入申込みとなります。

当社から注文受付または注文確認の電子メール等が送信された場合であっても、在庫状況、決済状況、不正利用の疑い、商品情報または価格の誤表示その他合理的な理由により、当社が注文を取消す場合があります。

売買契約の成立時期は、適用される法令および当社の注文処理手続きに従うものとします。

商品が確保できない場合、明らかな価格表示の誤りがある場合、決済が完了しない場合、その他注文を履行することが困難である合理的な理由がある場合、当社は注文の全部または一部を取消すことがあります。

この場合、すでに代金を受領しているときは、取消対象部分について返金いたします。

第4条　注文をお断りする場合

当社は、合理的な理由がある場合、注文を拒否、制限または取消すことがあります。

・不正注文または不正決済の疑いがある場合
・虚偽または不完全な顧客情報が登録されている場合
・転売、再販売または商業目的の大量購入と合理的に判断される場合
・当社またはメーカーが定める販売条件に反する場合
・同一人物または関連する複数アカウントから過度な数量の注文が行われた場合
・商品を配送できない国または地域から注文された場合
・過去に受取拒否、代金未払い、不正利用その他重大な取引上の問題があった場合
・法令、輸出入規制、経済制裁その他の理由により取引が適切でないと判断される場合
・その他、当社が取引を継続することが適切でないと合理的に判断した場合

第5条　商品情報

当社は、商品の写真、サイズ、容量、素材、色、仕様その他の商品情報について、可能な限り正確な情報を掲載するよう努めています。

ただし、手作業による計測、製造ロット、天然素材、焼成条件その他の理由により、記載された寸法、重量、容量等には多少の差異が生じる場合があります。

また、使用するディスプレイ、撮影環境、照明等により、実際の商品と画面上の色が異なって見える場合があります。

第6条　陶磁器・手作り品・作家作品の特性

当社では、陶磁器、ガラス製品、木製品、金属製品、ならびに職人・作家による手作り作品を多数取り扱っています。

これらの商品は、工業製品とは異なり、一点ごとに色、形、サイズ、重量、釉薬、模様、表面の質感、絵付け、表情等に個体差が生じることがあります。

陶磁器には、製造方法および素材の特性として、以下のような特徴が見られる場合があります。

・釉薬の濃淡やムラ
・釉薬の垂れや溜まり
・鉄粉、黒点
・ピンホール
・貫入
・御本手
・焼き色の違い
・天然原料に由来する斑点
・多少のゆがみ
・わずかなガタつき
・サイズ、重量、容量の個体差
・手描きによる絵柄、線、色、表情等の違い

これらが商品の特性として通常認められる範囲である場合、不良品とはみなしません。

商品写真は代表的な個体を掲載している場合があり、手作り品または作家作品について、実際にお届けする商品が写真と完全に同一であることを保証するものではありません。

第7条　価格

商品の販売価格は、予告なく変更されることがあります。

商品の価格変更後も、すでに成立している注文については、明らかな誤表示その他合理的な理由がある場合を除き、注文時に表示された価格を基準として処理します。

表示価格、送料、税金その他の費用については、商品ページまたは購入手続き画面に表示される内容をご確認ください。

第8条　在庫および販売数量

商品には数量限定品、作家作品、予約商品、取り寄せ商品および受注生産品が含まれる場合があります。

在庫表示には可能な限り正確を期しておりますが、同時注文、在庫同期の時間差その他の事情により、注文完了後に商品を確保できない場合があります。

この場合、当社は注文の全部または一部を取消し、受領済みの代金がある場合は該当部分を返金します。

当社は、一人、一世帯、一住所、一アカウントまたは一注文あたりの購入数量を制限することがあります。

第9条　予約商品・受注生産品・取り寄せ商品

予約商品、受注生産品、取り寄せ商品、作家作品その他通常在庫ではない商品は、商品ページに記載された予定に従って準備または制作されます。

陶磁器および手作り品については、成形、乾燥、施釉、絵付け、焼成、検品等の工程により、予定より納期が前後する場合があります。

また、焼成結果または検品結果によって再制作が必要となり、さらに納期を要する場合があります。

商品ページに明示的な保証がない限り、入荷予定日または発送予定日は目安であり、特定の日の到着を保証するものではありません。

第10条　返品、交換および返金

商品の返品、交換、返金については、本サイトに掲載する「返品・返金・交換ポリシー」が適用されます。

当社では、商品の性質上、お客様都合による返品・交換を原則としてお受けしておりません。

ただし、配送中の破損、誤配送、通常の商品特性を超える明らかな不良その他当社が対応すべき事由については、返品・返金・交換ポリシーに従って対応します。

本条は、適用される法令によって消費者に認められている権利を制限するものではありません。

第11条　配送

天候、自然災害、交通事情、航空便、税関、配送会社、政府機関その他当社の合理的な管理が及ばない事情による配送遅延について、当社は特定の到着日を保証するものではありません。

海外注文については、配送先の国または地域において関税、輸入税、売上税、通関手数料その他の費用が発生する場合があります。

天災、地震、台風、洪水、火災、戦争、紛争、テロ、感染症、ストライキ、停電、通信障害、輸送障害、航空便の欠航、税関手続、政府機関による規制、原材料不足、窯元または作家の生産上の重大な障害その他当社の合理的な管理が及ばない事情により、当社の義務の全部または一部の履行が遅延または困難となる場合があります。

この場合、当社は合理的な範囲で対応しますが、当社の責めに帰することのできない事由について責任を負いません。

第23条　分離可能性

本利用規約の一部が法令等により無効または執行不能と判断された場合でも、その他の規定の有効性には影響しないものとします。

無効または執行不能となる規定については、適用法令により認められる最大限の範囲で有効となるよう解釈されるものとします。

However, minor differences may occur due to manual measurement, production lots, natural materials, firing conditions, or other factors.

Colors may also appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, photographic conditions, and display environment.

We do not guarantee that the color displayed on your screen will exactly match the actual product.

6. Characteristics of Ceramics, Handmade Goods, and Artist-Made Works

We sell many ceramics, glassware, woodenware, metalware, and handcrafted works made by individual artists and craftspeople.

Unlike industrially mass-produced goods, these products may vary from piece to piece in color, shape, dimensions, weight, glaze, pattern, texture, decoration, facial expression, and overall appearance.

Ceramic products may naturally exhibit characteristics including:

• Variations in glaze color or thickness

• Uneven glazing

• Glaze pooling or dripping

• Iron spots or dark specks

• Pinholes

• Crazing

• Firing color variations

• Natural spots caused by clay or raw materials

• Slight warping

• Minor wobbling

• Variations in dimensions, capacity, or weight

• Differences in hand-painted lines, colors, patterns, or expressions

Where these characteristics fall within the normal nature of the product and production method, they are not considered defects.

Product photographs may show representative examples only.

For handmade and artist-made products, we do not guarantee that the item delivered will be completely identical to the item shown in the photographs.

7. Prices

Product prices may change without prior notice.

Unless there is an obvious pricing error or another reasonable basis for correction, an order that has already been accepted will generally be processed based on the price displayed at the time of purchase.

8. Inventory and Purchase Limits

Some products may be limited in quantity, produced in small batches, available by pre-order, made to order, specially sourced, or individually created by an artist.

Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate inventory information, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed due to simultaneous orders, inventory synchronization delays, production issues, or other circumstances.

If we are unable to supply all or part of an order, we may cancel the unavailable portion and refund any corresponding amount already paid.

We may impose reasonable purchase limits per person, household, address, account, or order.

9. Pre-Orders, Made-to-Order Items, Special Orders, and Artist-Made Works

Pre-order items, made-to-order products, specially sourced products, artist-made works, and other non-stock items may require additional time for production or procurement.

Ceramic and handmade products may require multiple stages, including forming, drying, glazing, painting, kiln firing, and inspection.

Estimated restocking, production, or shipping dates may change depending on production progress, drying conditions, kiln schedules, firing results, inspection results, or other circumstances inherent to the production process.

In some cases, an item may need to be remade after firing or inspection.

Unless expressly guaranteed otherwise, estimated availability and shipping dates are provided for reference only and do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference or change of mind.

However, shipping damage, incorrect items, qualifying defects, and other matters for which we are responsible will be handled in accordance with our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

POLIN currently does not sell or ship products to countries within the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA).

We may be unable to process or deliver an order where the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.
